Key Responsibilities
Monitor, operate, and maintain cement plant machinery, including crushers, kilns, mills, and packing units, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent plant operations.
Continuously monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to ensure optimal equipment efficiency and product quality.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, plant operating procedures, and environmental regulations. Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
Work with process engineers and plant supervisors to optimize production processes and improve yield and energy efficiency.
Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for any maintenance or repair jobs.
Record, analyze, and report operational data, including machinery performance, production rates, and quality control results, to assist with performance reviews and decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to resolve technical issues and support plant improvements.

Manage processes and data to meet the quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
Manage IT assets including storage and accounting of the laptops, coordination with partners for stocktake, maintenance, and top-up of centralised asset pool.
Manage IT hardware tokens such as IT cards including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.

Develop safety programs and monitor workers safe work practices

Duties of Property Officer:
Assist in day-to-day property maintenance and operational support.
Oversee preventative maintenance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor vendor performance to confirm services meet established KPIs.
Organize and oversee minor repair and improvement work.
Obtain quotations and coordinate with contractors for repair tasks.
Maintain accurate records and standardized systems on-site.
Be on-call to respond to emergencies and urgent breakdowns.
Supervise major repair work and assist in annual electrical shutdown events.
Conduct inspections for building and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities
Implement company Safety Management System on all project sites
Assist the Management to organize and promote EHS activities and campaigns to raise awareness among site personnel
Review EHS Management System and recommend for improvement and ensure continual compliance to regulations and other legal requirements
Ensure that all statutory regulations, code of practice and company’s Safety Management System are implemented and complied with among project site
Advise management on all matters pertaining EHS
Assist the Project Managers to investigate all incidents and record all findings to prevent recurrence of incident
Establish and maintain a positive EHS environment on the project site
Act as Secretary of the Project EHS Committee
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or any equivalent professional qualification related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor Certificates
Active registration with MOM as WSHO
Minimum 3 years employment in similar capacity in construction or engineering environment previously.
Possess good understanding and experience in preparation, review and maintenance of ISO9001/14001/45001 management systems.
Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Able to work independently as well as a team player to complete assigned goals and targets timely.

Business Development of Trust Services:

Carry out day-to-day unit trust administration duties for unit trust accounts and ensure that net asset valuation reports are prepared and delivered to unitholders on timely basis.
Assist in the opening of banking and custodian accounts on behalf of trust accounts.
Conduct periodic review of assigned trust accounts to ensure that they are being administered in accordance with company policies, jurisdiction and legal requirements.
Ensure that all accounts met regulatory requirements and to report any breaches.
To acquire and enhance technical skills where required, keep abreast of market developments.

Supervise junior and senior trust officers.
Any additional ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience for Senior Trust Officers, in wealth planning, trust and other fiduciary services. Working experience is unit trust administration preferred.
Professionally qualified – STEP or ICSA or studying towards the qualification.
Strong technical knowledge in trust, tax, accounting and company law.
Able to assist in reviewing of trust and related documentation.
Able to start work within short notice preferred.
