The Service Quality Senior Offer will be responsible for day-to-day feedback, service recovery and complaint handling that comes through Call Centre as a touchpoint.

What you’ll do

• Acts as the main contact point for all intra and/or inter-department feedback and complaint handling and liaise with affected business or support unit to determine the cause of issue and resolution for customer.
• Ensure timely handling of customer issues raised and proactively follows up to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and does their part in addressing customer's issues and resolution promptly.
• Embody customer engagement & professionalism by showcasing excellent customer handling skills and appropriate service recovery when necessary.
• Collate, analyze and identify customer service gaps in the customer experience feedback, complaints and compliments to provide business intelligence for the Call Centre and the Bank.
• Recommends improvements in work processes or systems based on identified gaps to contribute to the improvement of Call Centre’s overall performance.

The knowledge, experience, and qualifications you’ll need to succeed

• A university degree holder in any discipline with minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience in Complaints Management familiar with banking and/or credit cards process, products and systems (prior experience as universally-trained UOB Call Centre staff preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. Bilingual in a second language (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• A strong customer service mindset with good communication, excellent problem solving and complaint management skills to represent the Bank to customers and general public
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and able to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to rapidly assimilate complex information and make expert judgments/decisions under pressure in complex situations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Personal resilience and ability to perform effectively in a pressurized environment with a positive “can do” attitude and a positive attitude to change.
• Highly motivated self-starter with initiative and showcases strong completer/finisher skills.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Must know how to handle incoming contacts (via Calls, Emails, digital platforms, Call-Back Requests).
• Must have an ability to multi task and take on Customer Administration functions as well as CSO Frontline role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Research Assistant (Exhibitions) ( 1 year contract, up to $3,100 per month)

Work Location: Bras Basah

Working Hours:Mon to Fri – 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Description

• Conduct in-depth research for exhibitions on Singapore, on the following areas: 1) the history of leisure and recreation 2) place-based social histories 3) architecture the subaltern 4) Singapore Literature
• Work closely with curators to conceptualise, research and develop written content for exhibitions, including educational, marketing and public outreach materials, social media write-ups and child-friendly guides
• Assist in exhibition-related tasks, such as sourcing exhibition materials and securing copyright permissions
• Support in community engagement as part of exhibition research and/or publicity efforts, including giving public tours

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in History or related social sciences
• Demonstrated interest in and sound understanding of Singapore history and heritage
• Strong and meticulous in historical research and writing, skilled in sourcing and analysing
• primary and secondary materials
• Collaborative and innovative, able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Good interpersonal communication, able to meet tight deadlines and work under
• pressure
• Experience in exhibition, library & archives, or museum work and proficiency in other
• languages would be advantageous (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Tamil)

Working hours:

Scope of Services:

1) Conduct supervision of the testing works on existing building, in accordance to the test specifications, approved method statement and SO Rep instructions

2) Ensure reinstatement works are in compliance with approved methods and procedures, and to achieve good workmanship

3) Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe and proper manner

4) Ensure good housekeeping carried out on Site at all times

5) Assist in enforcing the Safety Requirements and ensure Contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the Site

6) Witness the hardened concrete testing conducted at the Contractor’s laboratory

7) Monitor and submit progress report based on Contractor’s planned schedule and attend monthly progress meeting

8) Ensure all documents, progress reports, photographs, test results and records etc are submitted on time as instructed by SO Rep

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

i) At least 3 years relevant working experience in the building construction industry

ii) Accredited as RTO with JAC of the IES and ACES

iii) To possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Players (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with an ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project

iv) Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

v) Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with residents and town councils
