Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping services.
• Address and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage property expenses, ensuring they align with the allocated budget.
• Ensure compliance with local building and safety regulations.
• Assist with planning and implementing property improvement projects to enhance value and functionality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Property / Facilities / Estate / Building Management / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Nitec holders with experience in township are welcome to apply.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is advantageous.
