• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience
• Provide onboarding and offboarding for new hire/leaver
• Documenting system configuration, process and IT user guide
• Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (onboard the vessels)
• Opportunity to travel to other countries to provide IT support for the vessel only if vendor unable to resolve the issue
• Role as an IT procurement officer and work closely with vendor and purchasing team
• Monitor and manage the billings and subscriptions for SAAS and M365
• Manage IT hardware and software inventory
• Conduct daily IT operation daily checklist, monthly checklist and annual checklist.

• Work Location - Northeast KIM CHUAN. TAI Seng MRT
• 5 days' work week from 9am - 6pm
• Basic salary ranging from $2,500 - $4,000 with AWS and Variable Bonus for candidates

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management and operations of estate properties, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and resolve tenant and resident inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Supervise contractors and service providers for maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations, including fire safety and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the property budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and reporting on expenditures.
• Plan and implement estate improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades, to enhance property value.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leases, contracts, and property-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Property / Facilities / Building / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in township / estate management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving skills
