In particular, to support a diverse set of use cases with ever-increasing requirements, the architectural design of 5G and future 6G systems emphasizes software-defined reconfigurability and AI-enabled intelligent operations. Open RAN --- as a generic term used by the community for an open radio access network architecture --- is viewed as a promising way to achieve this design objective. While open RAN promotes interoperable interfaces, RAN virtualization, and support for big data and AI-enabled RAN, its success requires us to overcome multiple challenges --- in particular, how to build intelligence and adaptability into such a system while still providing high assurance regarding its security and resilience. Responsibilities:

• Setup overall business strategy with year on year revenue growth supported by strong academics and sustained brand building.
• Provide leadership in guiding the overall expansion and development of the Institute and support its business entities locally and internationally.

• Prepare and present yearly budget for Council’s approval and manage Institutes’ resources within budget guidelines and to set policies in accordance with current laws and regulations.

• Adhere to all legislative requirements pertaining to education in Singapore and the respective territories and comply with all regulatory requirements of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) and SkillsFuture Singapore.

Requirements:

• Minimum Masters in Business Administration
• Must have around 20+ years of working experience of which at least 15 years of experience is in the Education industry, preferably with proven skills in designing strategies for business growth and expansion and proven track record in growth and expansion of higher education institutions
• Should have directly managed P&L operations in the education business, of at least $50 million with a proven history of sustained revenue growth
• Must be a current operational executive (CEO, President, GM, MD, etc.), with a significant number of years as a Executive Director
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with excellent business acumen including financial management, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance
• Experienced and efficient leader with exemplary work ethics and excellent collaboration and people skills with proven ability to build a strong management team
• You shall be located in the Institute’s office(s) in Singapore. A fair amount of travelling is required for this position

Our team at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) is looking at generative AI models for music. You will be joining our Audio, Music, and AI (AMAAI) Lab supervised by Prof. Dorien Herremans. At our lab, we aim to advance the state-of-the-art in AI for music and audio. You will be working on advancing the Mustango text-to-music model.

Ideal skillset:

• Strong knowledge of deep neural networks in PyTorch
• Interest in machine learning for audio
• Experience in NLP and computer vision
• Experience in Music Information Retrieval, ideally AI music generation and or audio transcription
• Interest or experience in music generation systems or audio classification systems
• Savvy programmer in PyTorch
• Creative problem solver with good academic writing skills

An ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning, familiarity in NLP and audio computing, PhD in Computer Science and related areas, and willing to work with PhD students in the lab to leverage individual efforts into a combined system.

Job Decription:

The Health Informatics Officer (HIO) will be responsible for supporting the Medical Informatics Office to manage clinical information systems that assist clinicians in decision-making and the management of patients. The HIO participates in activities required for successful design, implementation, maintenance and support of the clinical systems. The HIO will work closely with IT Project/Systems Team to buil and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication administration and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent uset to work with IHIS and vendors on design, UAT and implementation
• Assist in EMR project implementation
• Engage users in gathering information
• Train users in the use of Electronis Medical Records (EMR)
• Able to help IT configure electronics medical records (EMR)
• Implementing medical information systems
• Help to develop business continuity practices and processes, including downtime manual clinical operations
• Coordinate operations on the ground during system outages
• Engage Clinicians to improve awareness of medical informatics and explain informatics plan
• Engage clinicians to gather user requirement and feedback, including incorporating best practices into decision support
• Responsive to use needs and feedbacks
• Participate in the development and maintenance of e-training materials for clinical IT systems
• Provide secretarial support for all projects and meetings involving Medical Informatics group, including coordinating members, booking venues, writing minutes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Experience in Clinical Information System, IT project management and exeperience in healthcare environment would be an added advantage

• Able to work well independantly
• Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
