The EmPaTHy Programme aims to leverage on technology to transform delivery of patient care in primary care by focusing on preventive care, data‐driven precision medicine, and people‐centred care. The Programme will conduct research and training related to people‐centred care and digital health, and translate the research findings into clinical practice. The research team’s expertise include: shared decision making, clinical decision support system, mobile health, technology enhanced teaching and learning, implementation science, mixed methods, and research and clinical ethics.
