• Review customer existing home loan package and advice accordingly on the various option available.
• To protect home loan portfolio by managing customer expectation on loan repricing package offered.
• To respond and follow up on customers’ request promptly and accurately.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction and proactive calling.
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
