About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Accounting Officer who will work with our financial records and make sure they’re up to date. The Accounting Officer has to get strong understanding of accounting principles for handling accounting tasks including expenditures, receipts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and profit and loss. The Accounting Officer will also be required to communicate with senior personnel and HQ office on various projects and assist any departments as the need may arise.

Main Responsibilities

· Proceed and handle finance transactions and functions, including receivables, payables, receipts and payments

· Handle sales revenue reporting and track payments transactions

· Prepare relevant finance reporting monthly, quarterly and annually

· Perform monthly account closing including bookkeeping and financial statements

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications

- Must have professional knowledges of accountings and financial management

This position is responsible for the Air Export operations and support internal department to meet customer satisfaction.

Job Description

-Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters

-Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs

-Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight , rates and other data into system

-Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo

-Send pre-alerts to overseas destination

-Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment

Pre-Requisite of candidate:

-Must be PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software

-Must be a Team Player and able to work independently

-Must be careful, meticulous and self motivated

-Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

-At least 1-2 years of working experience.

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

Job Scope:

• Coordinate office maintenance by scheduling and following up with vendors/contractors.
• Manage office renovation projects, working with vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Help improve office efficiency by organizing systems, layouts, and procuring safety equipment.
• Suggest ways to reduce costs or improve the efficiency of facility services.
• Oversee general office management tasks, such as annual carpet and office cleaning services.
• Assist in fire drills and CERT exercises with Building Management.
• Support Production and Engineering departments in maintenance tasks, including safe disposal of expired chemicals and damaged equipment.
• Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules, and handle renewals and compliance for building permits.
• Keep facilities management records organized and up to date.

Job Requirement:

• Min. Nitec in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Possess related working experience in facilities property management
