KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible to the Operation Manager, your duties will include but not necessarily be limited to:
Ensure all export shipments are build-up or tender to carrier on-time
Communication on all export requirements with internal and external customers
Trouble shooting of all export shipment issue
Monitoring of Export BUP & Loose Transfer subcontractor to ensure compliance to GEODIS Standard Operating Process
Billing on time for all customer billing assigned
Ensure all Export Documentation ready in time for transfer to terminal on-time and pre-alert send before flight departure
Work closely with vendor management transport team to meet customer service requirement and expectation
Monitoring & updating of daily flight uplifting status
Ensuring all milestones are updated accordingly to IRIS KPI
Identify areas of improvement through daily export operations
Submit at least 1 cost saving initiative plan once every quarter
Keeping track and updates of export Shipment issue log
Prepare 8D/CAR reports
ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES
GCE ‘N’ level or above
Or equivalent certification in logistic related field preferred
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of 2 years experiences of air operations in the airfreight industry.
Good airfreight and air cargo knowledge.
NECESSARY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Competent in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Strong in interpersonal communication
Team management – ability to lead, guide, support and develop the team members
WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday : 1800 - 0300, Saturday: 1500 - 1900
