The EmPaTHy Programme aims to leverage on technology to transform delivery of patient care in primary care by focusing on preventive care, data‐driven precision medicine, and people‐centred care. The Programme will conduct research and training related to people‐centred care and digital health, and translate the research findings into clinical practice. • Co‐design technology‐based healthcare solutions to enhance patient’s experience and health outcomes in preventive care and chronic diseases

Job Description

• Responsible for the effective management and operation of Patients’ Registration counters including billings, financial counselling and collection matters.
• Process, respond to requests and handles all general enquiries & feedbacks received from patients
• Answer incoming telephone calls from patients, clinics and other organizations and deal with enquiries providing non-clinical advice and information.
• Perform chaperon activities in the absence of the porter. Provide a wheelchair to the patients where and when necessary.

• Responsibilities to the Building Authorities to supervise the works in accordance to the Building Control Act, Regulations and approved plans.
