Job Scope:

Front Desk Duties

• Attend to front desk and telephone enquiries, including taking phone calls, recording messages and relaying messages to staff.
• Attend to students’ needs, such as minor injuries queries etc.
• Attend to parents and vendors, including replying to queries, acceptance of goods delivery, etc.
• Maintain the front office’s stationery supplies and equipment, and other inventories.

Administrative Support

• GCE O Level and above
• Assist in administrative duties in the school’s General Office such as data entry, typing of documents, photocopying of documents, filing of documents etc.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and above
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ education level
• Possess minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
