The Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI) is the first institute in Singapore to be entirely dedicated to Air Traffic Management research. • Interpret research papers and program, for conversion into applicable software development. Develop a vision for transforming research papers into technologies ready for deployment.

• Rigorously document every aspect of the software development, for integration into industrial development.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in industrial software development

The Doubao Large Language Model (LLM) team is dedicated to aggressively advancing the next generation of LLMs, tackling fundamental challenges in LLM development head-on. Our areas of concentration include model self-learning, memory capabilities, long-text generation, and interpretability. 1. Skilled in discovering simple and universal ideas for optimizing large models and applying them to models of various scales to improve performance;
