Position: Lab Associate Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

· Lab Experimental Techniques

Perform various experimental techniques, including chromatography, PCR, HPLC, SDS-Page and cell culture. Assist in the purification of recombinant proteins and antibodies and follow appropriate procedures and SOPs.

· Data Recording and Analysis

Accurately document and analyze experimental data. Maintain detailed records of all activities in specified formats, both paper and electronic.

· Project Participation

Contribute to field R&D projects as part of a project team. Properly hand over experiments and tasks, and summarize daily activities and outcomes.

· SOP Formulation and Updates

Assist in the formulation, updating, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Summarize and share work experiences to improve laboratory practices.

· Equipment Management

Manage and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Perform necessary maintenance and assist in the procurement of laboratory supplies.

· Lab Safety and Cleanliness

Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related fields of study
• Prior hands-on experience in a laboratory setting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team-player
• Comfortable with performing 8-hour shifts (5 work days, 2 rest days which may not be weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
• Responsible for data analysis and processing of cell culture experiments, and complete the preparation of experimental records and reports
• Participate in multiple R & D projects as part of the field project team
• Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarize and solidify work experience
• Managing instruments, and be able to carry out maintenance as required
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Key Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent
• Practical laboratory experience in the field of recombinant protein/antibody expression
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good team working skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete molecular biology and gene synthesis experiments according to SOP requirements to ensure stable and orderly daily production
• Determine and analyze experimental results, and prepare various reports
• Improve product quality standards and continuously optimize the quality system
• Complete daily management tasks including 5S, quality, safety, equipment maintenance, and other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Chemistry or related fields
• Experience in gene synthesis in the biotechnology industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with gene synthesis processes, basic knowledge of molecular biology, project management, and 5S management
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities：

• Operation of experimental technology: follow SOP of PCR, glue recovery, etc. and complete the
  delivery of PCR products
• Follow the sequencing sheet or MES system and the previous handover, sort out and summarize the
  schemes that need to be done on the day, and record the carriers and PCR products that need to be
  prepared for their posts
• Linearization of vectors and fragments: according to standard procedures, linearize the required
  vectors and fragments with specific enzymes at specific temperatures and buffers
• Connection and transformation: according to the experimental scheme, the products delivered by PCR
  and the products prepared by employees should be matched with the linearized vector. After that,
  splice into a ring through a specific connection method, and then introduce into specific competent
  cells through heat shock. Then expand, culture and coat on a specific resistant plate
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
• Handover experiments properly, analyze the problems of uncompleted experiments, put forward
  improvement plans, and report the uncompleted experiments to the supervisor
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly
  environment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above, with a certain understanding of microbiology and other biological-related
  knowledge
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness, being proactive and creative
• Excellent professional ethics and team player
