Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Responsible for planning and monitoring schedule for all projects.

Work closely with drafters and peform quality check of all drawings before production on site.

Prepare precast profile drawing to comply the authorities requirment and standards.

Liaise with Project teams, auhorities, client, architects and various contractors to ensure project work is carried out smoothly Conduct site inspection and coordination on site

Requires hands on design with detailed experience in 3-D environment, Experience in structural detailing seamless from 3-D mathematical design analysis to 3-D reinforcement detailing with the aid of Telka TSD and TS models etc.

Keen in 3-D modelling designs by using Tekla software.

• Efficiently manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a high pressured environment
• Handle all customer requests via various support channels; inbound phone calls, email, and chat
• Clearly document and investigate all Support incidents
• Comprehensive understanding of DCS’s platform and technical architecture so to effectively troubleshoot issues
• Provide timely and meaningful updates to customers
• Perform Level 1 Helpdesk troubleshooting, Level 2 remote troubleshooting, and Level 2 Onsite troubleshooting activities for existing Customers.
• Standby support for our Customers on off-office hours, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Minimum IT Diploma
• Able to communicate with clients effectively
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on Customer support
• With experience in CRM / Loyalty System / POS / Real Estate systems / Simplicity is preferred
• Good background in Microsoft SQL Database
• Exceptional customer handling, telephone and written skills
• Investigation and diagnostic skills and an enthusiastic ability to problem solve
