• Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology. Evaluates, products, components and applications by designing and conducting researching programs, applying knowledge of project and materials
• Develops products by studying customers' requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
• Assures products' quality by designing finished products
• Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information trend
• Guide assembly of automation module / machine according to mechanical assembly drawing, and electrical schematic diagram
• Able to interpret well on mechanical drawings, assembly drawings and electrical schematic diagrams
• Guide and improve the production performance of the department together with Manufacturing Manager (quality, lead-time, delivery performance, costs)
• Work closely with the Quality department to assure conformity of product to customer requirement
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
• Perform ad-hoc tasks when requested

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
• 1-4 years of relevant experience preferably in Assembly of Equipment or Test area preferably in Semiconductor Industry
• Experience in maintaining the Quality of Work
• Knowledge of Material BOM’s
• Capable of understanding Engineering drawings for Mechatronics-assembly
• Experienced in Manufacturing Engineering Tools (5S, Process Flow, FMEA, System Risk Analysis, DMAIC, 8D, Control Plan, SOP, SOO, Work Instructions, Root Cause Analysis, Capacity versus Demand)
• Experience in Mechanical Fitting, Cable Routing and Installation of Equipment. Preferably in a Semiconductor Equipment Industry.
• Able to use Solid works to design simple fixtures / jigs
• Technical skills must include basic knowledge of mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Site Testing Engineer

Job Description

• Lead the assigned dedicated work scope of Test and Commissioning
• Conduct all required Test Procedure, Methodology & equipment testing activities in site related to project to obtain sign-off from Customer.
• Preparation of technical proposals (testing and commissioning) for submission to LTA Singapore.
• To arrange all test equipment required for testing in coordination with site Manager & team leader.
• Mobilization of required test equipment arranged and made ready to commence testing in time.
• Coordinate and liaise with Customers on application of Permit-To-Work for testing activities for approved proceedings.
• Prepare and compile test report for submission to customer
• Prepare and draft Method Statement Risk Assessment.
• Supervise and monitor the site test activities at each specific T&C work.
• Provide support to team leaders and site engineers in all safety related requirement.
• Develops test plans and test procedures for Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Interface test (IFT) and System Integration Test (SIT).
• Plan scheduling and job allocation for activities (to coordinate with Planner)
• Participation in technical discussion and report preparation.
• Organizing training programs.
• Maintain and ensure line clear after each deployment and the site is always neat and tidy,

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to understand the regulation and requirement of local electrical practice and SMRT/ LTA requirements.
• Computer literacy
• Able to prepare Test Procedure and relevant technical document.
• Able to learn and pick up cut-in/cut-out of circuits for new systems or reroute cables / systems that requires test and commissioning.

Authorities and Responsibilities

To interpret technical drawing and performing machining, sheetmetal process and requirement to produce the work piece.
To perform machine code programming with 3D modelling/knowledge of Auto Cad, solid works, others.
To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification..
Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
Design jigs & fixtures for machining, sheetmetal, Robot welding process and good knowledge in understand of manufacturing aspect include re-design.
To responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
To participate in Mfg/Production Engineering activities to improve quality process, waste, efficiency and cost.
To participate in failure analysis, recommend appropriate corrective/preventive technical action (if any).
To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time
Competence Requirement:-

1. Min. ITE-NTEC/Diploma/Degree level PE/ME/Mfg/Mechatronics or its related discipline.

2. Fresh graduate/ Degree or 3-5 years in relevant experience in related field

3. Able to interpret technical drawings, and having machining knowledge.

4. Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports
• Interact with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision
• Measure film properties and interpret data
• Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision
• Implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation

Requirements

• PhD or Master Degree in engineering field with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences
• Advanced knowledge and experience in hybrid bonding, 3D packaging, plasma activation, and defect control are highly desirable
