Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." A couple other companies are building on the same paradigm shift but we are the only ones using it to automate hardware design, not just software.

Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. • Provide SAP Techno-functional Support in FI/CO or SD/MM/PM modules.
• Involve in analysis, design, coding / configuration and testing of SAP System.
• Work with business users to understand their business requirements
• Develop interfaces between SAP with external systems.
• Analyse the software issues, diagnoses the technical faults and suggest the precaution measures along with accurate troubleshooting methodologies
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to be maintained to the highest standard

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in SAP and programming languages such as ABAP.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank’s portfolio of applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.
• Hands-on work on technical issue troubleshooting and ensure application functionality.
• Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, track incidents, and proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking application.
• Continuously work towards making improvements in the release process.
• Provide regular reports on application support metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support project team on DEV, SIT and UAT environment deployment and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ITIL based Bank IT process, especially on incident, problem and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years of Technical/Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.
• Good knowledge on Linux OS, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent understanding of the CI/CD practice.
• Familiar with application release methodology.
• Experience in software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a financial services institution with understanding of MAS technology risk requirements.

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of our IT infrastructure. You will focus on end-user computing, account management, and asset management within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft 365.
• Assist with deployment and migration projects involving Microsoft 365.

End User Computing Support:

• Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows OS and Office applications.
• Ensure users have the necessary tools and resources for effective productivity

Account Management:

• Manage user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement security best practices for user accounts, including role-based access controls and password management.

Asset Management:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Assist in procurement and deployment of IT assets according to company policies and budget constraints.
• Perform regular audits of IT asset utilization and compliance.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide regular reports on system performance, asset status, and support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support, particularly in infrastructure support and end-user computing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting for various operating systems.
