• Provide system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application areas, with involvement in on-call escalations to address customer-facing issues.
• Contribute to migration efforts for the GCC platforms.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Solid hands-on experience in designing, building, deploying, and securing web applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in DevOps tools such as GitLab or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in an Agile development environment focused on rapid, high-quality delivery.
