Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
• Minimum of 7 years of HSE Engineering experience (Process Safety/Risk Analysis/Loss Prevention Engineering) in the Oil and Gas industry

Airconditioning Engineers

1) Laboratory operations (sample preparation and analysis) and up-keeping.

4) Conduct site investigation and sample extraction.

5) Certificate (ITE), Diploma, Degree or others with relevent experience.

Technical skills:

• Hitachi Storage Architecture
• Hitachi midrange and enterprise storage (AMS, HUS, VSP & Gx00 etc)
• Storage replication, snapshot, shadow image and remote replication sync and async
• Hitachi Global Active Device
• Hitachi tools such as HCS, HTnM, HDLM etc
• Brocade switch and fabric (zoning, ISL, trunking, fabric merging etc)
• Basic knowledge of VMware, OS (AIX/Windows/Linux)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of

Pharmaceuticals DCS systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV.

- Will participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in

line with S88 standards for the plant.

- Thorough understanding of Physical and Procedural Layer design, development and

qualification.

- Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification,

Control Strategies, and library development.

- Supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DeltaV system.

- Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes

- Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.

- Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.

- System administration and maintenance support.

- Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.

- Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and

Technology providers.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the

Pharmaceutical industry.

· Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP

manufacturing site.

· Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes,

Units etc)

· Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process

· Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies

· Emerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience required

· Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.

· Good communication and able to work remotely or onsite as required by

client.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and lead all aspects of mechanical design and engineering, including basis of design, scope of work, and development of construction and QAQC documentation, ensuring detailed project executive.
• Assist and support the Project Manager in handling, Tracking and Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that work on site is on schedule.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure that all works carried out exceeds industry standards and are in compliance with local legislations, QHSE requirements and other regulations.
• Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily site progress and update programme on the site progress report
• To assist on the M&E design matter.
• Contribute to all tasks necessary for project completion and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification recognized by PEB.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Experience in LTA bus depot, BDE and Bus Depot M&E services added advantage.
• Able to communication clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.
• Able to manage and coordinate various sub-contractors, vendors, consultant and clients effectively.
