Job Description:

• Provide pre and after sales technical support to customers
• Perform field service work on site for our range of products
• To clarify product applicaton issues with head office R&D in Japan
• Support Sales Engineers in the areas of product applications, sizing and selection of suitable SMC components to meet end user requirement

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics
• Experience in control system (servo drive)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming (Omron, Panasonic, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley etc) for senior position

Responsibilities of Process Engineer

· Process Technology development for Silicon wafer manufacturing

· Manage wafer manufacturing process in achieving quality, yield, quality and production targets.

· Collaborate with Technology counterparts globally on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers and consumables if needed

· Work with cross-functional teams on process capability improvement and yield enhancement projects

· Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses

· Drive for continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues.

· Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions for continuous improvement

· Perform Statistical data analysis for process improvement and interpretation of data

· Apply problem solving methods (8D, Fishbone, DOE etc.) and risk analysis (like FMEA)

Requirements of Process Engineer

· University degree in Engineering or Science

· Min. 3 years relevant semicon/ manufacturing experience

· Knowledge of quality management systems, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC)

· Proficient in statistical software like JMP, visual basic, database and queries will be an added advantage

· Self-motivated and able to work well in a team

· Good analytical and communication skills

· Willingness and curiosity to learn attitude

Job Requirements:

Company deals with Plumbing & Pipefitting work for commercial projects and are looking at expanding our work force.

Looking to hire an Experienced Site Engineer with ample experience relating to Plumbing & Pipefitting works for residential and commercial projects.

The applicant would be required to have at least 5 years of related experience in the related works.

The primary role of the applicant would be able to handle the overall coordination for on site works relating to engineering.

Due to the nature of work being in the construction industry, occasional overtime work and occasional work on Sundays would be required. Rest days in lieu would be provided.
