Responsibilities

1. Finance & accounting

- Handle the Company, Fund and External Asset Management accounting and financial reporting

- Coordinate and review accounts prepared by fund accountants

- Review of quarterly NAV packages and Partner’s Capital Account Statements

- Coordinate annual audits and reporting

2. Cash management

- Prepare monthly payments and payment vouchers

Senior Manager, Compliance (Singapore)

We are looking for a motivated and highly experienced Singapore Compliance Officer and Financial Crime professional who will will help promote a sound Compliance culture across both Convera Singapore Pte Ltd (major payment institution) and Convera Singapore Financial PTE Ltd (capital markets services licensee and exempt financial adviser) through ensuring that there is an effective Compliance program that enables employees to take informed, risk-based decisions as they execute their business plans.
