Job Description

1) Data Protection and Privacy:

- Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

We are growing our Enterprise CS team and looking to add an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work with our Enterprise customers and ensure their success via the rapid adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director Fund / Client Accounting to join our Operations team. This role is located in Singapore – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Directs a Fund Accounting area consisting of multiple teams that are responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
• Responsible for the financial and human resources for the unit and ensures assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy.
• Sets guidelines for determining the net asset value (NAV) for funds in a variety of sectors for each measurement cycle.
• Promotes consistency across product areas.
• Oversees relationship management for a broad set of clients.
• Ensures customer service levels meet client needs and resolves any client issues.
• Participates in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparation and related presentations.
• Provides oversight and guidance in setting the processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.
• Resolves complex escalated issues from team members.
• Leads analysis of GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine impact of new regulations on BNY fund accounting practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements

· A minimum of 10 years SAP consulting experience with at least 8 years in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting

· 3 + years of hands-on experience implementing S/4HANA projects

· Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

· Expert understanding on integration of the various components within the Financial Accounting (FI) module such as General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury Management (TRM), as well as their integration with other SAP Modules
