In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service. CEI certifcied would be preferred. KAH will be bouns.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
6. Singaporean citizenship or PR preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM).
• Align new brand narrative to institutional strategy.
• Plan and implement marketing communications while ensuring brand compliance and strengthening SMU brand reputation.

• Curate news and update corporate website periodically.
• Manage corporate pitch kit which includes digital and non-digital collaterals.

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Marketing, Journalism or a good Business or Social Science degree.
• Familiarity with media channels, branding, and marketing communications.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, brand & marketing strategy.
