• Familiarity with hardware/software debugging tools, such as GDB, Lauterbach, and logic analyzers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pre-silicon software development for AI/ML accelerators, automotive systems, or IoT devices.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel development and debugging.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, TCL) for automation and testing.
• Exposure to hardware emulation and hybrid prototyping environments.
• Experience with security or low-power optimization in embedded systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Lead QS team in overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes from pre-tender to post tender.
• Support tender cost assessment and tender documents submission in compliance with Tender Instruction and the Specification / Requirement.
• Monitor tender and/or contract deliverables, timelines and obligations, ensuring adherence throughout the tender / project lifecycle.
• To assist Project Director and Head of Contract Division to review and finalize project costs, prepare project financial reports and contractual update to Senior Management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in contract administration for Civil Work / Infrastructure projects.

· Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying fields or equivalent

· Type of experience required: Relevant skills in contract and commercial negotiation and drafting. Prefer relevant knowledge in infrastructure or underground tunnelling projects

· Amount of experience: At least 12 years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects in managing commercial settlement / agreements. Good networking across construction industry and experience in both tender and post tender.
