Key Qualifications

• To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in the roles of RCC Trainer, Contact Center Coach, QPM, Supervisor, or Area Manager. This experience should be current.
• Embrace an empathetic approach and put yourself in the customer's shoes. Your ability to understand their perspective is paramount. While leveraging Apple's data resources is vital, trust your intuition to guide you in shaping customer experiences that truly resonate.
• Dive deep into the customer experience by analyzing various factors, including context, expectations, content, functionality, delivery options, and payment methods. Use research teams, data analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and self- service methods to identify and address customer experience challenges effectively.
• Synthesize, synthesize, synthesize! Bring together diverse information sources to uncover the root causes of problems and identify effective solutions. Your talent for distilling complex issues into clear, easy-to-understand narratives and delivering persuasive presentations to senior executives will be invaluable.
• Navigate Apple's complex ecosystem by collaborating cross-functionally, both within and outside Apple Retail. Solving customer issues often requires contributions from numerous individuals across the company. Work collaboratively to lead change and successfully implement projects.

• Fluent in English in order to work across regional teams
• Proficient Mandarin skills (verbal, reading & writing), as the working content will predominantly be written in Chinese

• Utilize data analysis and collaborate effectively across teams to identify transformational opportunities.

Education

BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA a plus extensive experience in a customer-focused role in e-commerce

Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
• Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Sales:

• Build valued and trusted relationships with prospect and clients.
• Well verse with the company’s product services to ensure that prospective / existing clients and families are provided with up-to-date information regarding care solutions and lifestyle options that are on offer
• Identify potential sales opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline including forecasting, engaging, nurturing, and reporting.
• Support the operation teams by referring leads to the relevant team, maintaining key relationships, by promoting relevant services to new/existing clients.
• Respond to the needs of prospective clients, residents, families, and visitors
• Handle visits to the facilities and required to host visitors/ invited guests.
• To generate revenue and increase customer base.
• Work with operations team to plan and develop consumer communication along the client’s journey from pre care to post care.
• Monitor and track effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• a minimum of 3 years of consumer sales experience preferable in premium hospitality or healthcare industry.
• Ability to interact with elderly clients/residents who are highly susceptible to common illness without posting additional health risks and must maintain a professional appearance.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Comfortable and confident in presenting to public, engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to project highly professional image at all time.
• The role needs to versatile, able to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary clinical teams and cross functional teams, possessed efficient and effective co-ordination knowledge and skills.
• Able to work weekends or evenings for site visit when required.
