Job Decriptions

Planning & Controlling

• Support the Chief Executive and the Chief Financial Officer to execute the Company’s strategy by tracking, coordinating and monitoring the ongoing strategic projects across the organization.
• Identify business trends utilizing real data and cost / benefits analysis, and propose actionable measures to support the execution of the Company strategy.
• Lead the Planning and Forecast process in cooperation with the Head of Finance and Chief Actuary.
• Monitor and control the execution of the business case from a financial and qualitative point of view.

Job Description

· Matters related to donations, e.g. obtain information from donors / team members, data entry of donor particulars, and issuance of tax deduction receipts / thank you letters to donors.

· Matters related to grants / project funding applications and monitoring, e.g. monitoring of usage and balance, regular updates and providing information to team members and donors.
