Chef Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.

• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.

Primary

• Conduct educational & sustainability programmes and hands-on interactive workshops to individuals and groups.
• Develop new hands-on experiences, craft items and programme designs.
• Execute gamified learning experiences for schools, corporates, communities andgovernment statutory boards.
• Preparation of logistics, resources and materials for all programmes and events.
• Effectively plan and organize activities for individuals of all ages

Secondary

• Plan event according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate event operations.
• Support promotional activities for the event.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that may occur.
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.

Requirements

You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
