Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, biomedical sciences, or business-related studies.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales to hospitals, aesthetic centres, or clinics.
• Possess own transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively investigate, negotiate and resolve claims regardless of its complexity.
• Provide technical expertise to the Financial Line claims team in Asia.
• Ensure claims are handled within authority limits and in adherence with internal guideline.
• Understanding of relevant legal processes and procedures and litigation management.
• To manage brokers, clients and relevant stakeholders
• To negotiate and deal with contentious situations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder
• Legal background is an advantage
• Direct experience in handling different classes of Financial Lines/Casualty claims
• 5-7 years related working experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes
• Experience in handling legal cases
• Able to work independently

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Channels, Client Lifecycle & Compliance testing across the platform.
• Work with IT Project Manager, System Analyst, Business Analyst, and testing vendor to define and agree on testing strategy, scope and coverage.
• On board new test resources and ensure appropriate planning is done.
• Manage testing vendor team and handle statement of work.
• Support testing team throughout test cases design and execution of test cases.
• Review test scenario and test cases created.
• Co-ordinating with various teams to ensure testing schedule and deadlines are met.
• Reviewing deliverables such as Test cases, Test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Closure reports, daily and weekly status reports.
• Track and manage defects throughout the test period until closure and sign off for the SIT, UAT, Regression and performance testing.
• Monitor progress of test execution to ensure meeting testing timeline.
• Ensure all of testing deliverables are met and the OCBC procedures and processes are adhered too.
• Conduct Defect management meeting with development vendors/internal teams and UAT users.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in test delivery with 10+ year of relevant experience in banking and Finance, with 5+ years of Test Management experience.
• Strong testing domain in Client onboarding for Wealth Management and MSCRM experience is a MUST and the candidate needs to have the skillset listed in table below:
