• Oversee the day-to-day activities of marine engineering projects, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.
• Monitor the performance and progress of projects, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including design changes, approvals, and progress reports.
• Education: Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in marine industries, with a solid background in managing Structural, Piping & Insulation projects.
• Flexible to work in shift & site.

· Determine and define project scope and objectives

· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

· End-to-end project delivery experience

· Track project costs in order to meet budget

· Engage all stakeholders, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress including financials

· Organize the management of contracts with vendors and suppliers by delegating responsibilities and discussing anticipated outcomes.

· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

· Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

· Assess the performance of the project in order to pinpoint areas that can be improved.

· Must have worked in Agile environment and is hands-on with Jira and Agile methodologies to perform the role of Scrum Master as well.
