· Staff Management:Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and host/hostesses.
Scheduling shifts and managing labor costs.
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
Resolving employee conflicts and addressing personnel issues.

· Customer Service:Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Training staff on excellent customer service practices.

· Financial Management:Setting and monitoring budgets, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
Tracking daily sales and expenses.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.

· Menu and Food Quality:Collaborating with chefs or kitchen staff to create and update menus.
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.

· Marketing and Promotion:Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Running promotional campaigns, special events, and discounts.

Managing reservations and table assignments.

Job Responsibilities

1. To ensure staff follow their job description and code of conduct.
2. To ensure staff prepared food are according to Company’s recipe and procedure.
3. To ensure food cost of below 26%, by controlling quantity serve and food wastage.
4. To ensure first in first out of all items.
5. To actively monitor the built chart, update accordingly and ensure staff carry it out.
6. To ensure stock ordering at only sufficient buffer, maximum of one week stock allowed. Except for spices.
7. To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times.
8. To train and check at all times staff’s training.
9. To conduct cleaning schedule, opening and closing cleaning schedule. At 2.30pm, 7am and closing time.
10. To arrange staff’s work and work load. Ensure food are serve fast and good during peak hours.
11. To ensure you and your staff provide good and personalized service.
12. To talk to each individual staff at least once a week on their career prospects and mind set training.
13. To closely monitor customers and staff mood always.
14. To walk the floor and kitchen at least every hour.
