职责：

a) 操作管理

• 维持餐厅和会所的日常操作，确保高效而清晰地运行。
• 维持全面的清洁、卫生和安全标准。
• 管理库存和采购，以确保质量和成本效率。
• 实施并监督操作标准流程（SOP），以提高操作性能。

b) 员工管理

• 招聘、培训并管理员工，包括服务员、主廚和前台员工。
• 制定并管理工作日程，以确保在所有营业时段具备充足的人才配置。
• 实施常规的性能评估，提供反馈并实施员工发展计划。
• 鼓励一个积极合作的工作环境。

c) 客户服务

• 确保提供出色的服务质量，以满足并超过客户期望。
• 尽快解决客户抗诉和反馈，以提高满意度。
• 与客户，尤其是重要VIP会员保持良好关系，解识并满足他们的假望和假想。

d) 营销和销售

• 与营销团队协作，制定推广活动，以吸引客人充实。
• 通过优惠项目和个性化服务，促进会员销售和保留现有会员。

e) 财务监督

• 监督和管理预算，以保持财务健康和盈利能力。
• 分析财务数据和操作报告，以查询改善方案。
• 与管理团队作为一体，制定和完成收入和支出目标。

f) 菜单和活动计划

• 与主廚协作，设计菜单，以实现客户假望和旅途日期。
• 组织和管理私人情趣编译，公司会议和举办举进步活动。

任职详细：

• 至少担任5年以上的餐厅和会所管理经验。
• 成熟的领导才能和团队管理技巧。
• 优秀的沟通能力和问题分析技巧。
• 熟练库存控制、成本管理和财务分析。
• 在专业餐饮或会所环境中，提供出色客户服务之胜。
• 精通英语；精通普通语优先，以满足中文聊天客户交流需求。
• 外向性格，积极态度，能在快节奏环境中处理多重任务。
