Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality and culinary arts or business management would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of working experience in restaurant is required for this position.
• Confident and able to work in fast paced F&B environment.
• To comply operation procedures adhoc with all the admin and paperwork requirements.
• Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided, and maintaining financial and administrative records.

• Assist the outlet manger in operational duties
• Ensure upkeep of outlet before and after operations
• Attend to customer, taking order, serving food and drinks
• Assist in daily cashiering duties
• Ensure sufficient inventory stock for items use for floor service
• Liaise with finance dept. for submission of daily sales report
• Ensure all POS system stationery and bar is sufficiently stock up

- 11am - 10pm (Full Shift) / 11am - 4pm (Lunch Shift) / 6pm - 10pm (Dinner Shift)
