- Collaborate with other departments, including the B2B sales team, headquarters in Japan, and other company entities in the US, EU, and Asia, as necessary.
- Communicate with key contacts at the headquarters in Japan to obtain necessary data for customer reports or projects.
- Review and approve marketing and sales materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce: Use a minimum number of years on Salesforce.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields with 3+ years of relevant regulatory experience.
• Ability to independently design and execute regulatory projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities to build strong relationships with trade and regulatory associations.
• Customer service-focused and able to work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
