Looking for a candidate to join our restaurant team. Must possess leadership skills and basic wine knowledge. Training will be provided but the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience.

1. To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site

2. Able to train skills for both carpenters and rebar workers

3. Min 10 years relevant experience in the related field for this position

4. Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

5. Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

6. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.

7. To oversee daily operation at site. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.

8. To ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required. Require to carry out the effective implementation of work safety programme.

9. Liaise with sub-contractors Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.

Job description

1, Job ratio is 50% for making new business and 50% for maintaining the current business
2, Marketing and taking action aggressive and spontaneously to create new business
3, Maintaining current customers to handle daily task efficiently
4, To control the trading material stock inventory
5, Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer
6, Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
7, Follow up with customer on payment issue
8, Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material
9, Evaluate of supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement
10, Check P/O from customer and to supplier for trade term, payment term, price and lead time
11, Follow up with customer on any arise including customer complaint
12, Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

-Overseas Business trip travel allowance except to JB and Batam – SGD70/day
-Company mobile will be provided
-Transportation for work related is claimable – based on actual upon receipt submission (own car is not required)
