• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Availability to work on weekends with weekdays off.
• Mandatory forklift license.

Working Hours

• 6 Days Work Week
• Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• Oversee and monitor daily operation activity to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity
• Manage daily operation budget and expenses
• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matter with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered by all staff on site daily

• Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.
• Provide training to workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.
• Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
• Check the quality of all metal parts before assembling them for cuttingor cleaning as necessary
• Disassembly and installation machinery and equipment
• Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintains safe and clean work environment on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
• Help on loading and unloading

• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to maximize the sales and product focuses
• Responsible for demand planning and new product forecasting
• Responsible for the front line teams; to ensure they reach sales targets
• Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, customers, and product
• Measure, track and analyse key KPIs to enhance results
• Create reports for upper management
• Keep abreast with industry, market trends, and best practices
• Maintaining constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Achieving consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards, and customer satisfaction
