Requirements:

• Relevant experience in hospitality with a concentration in wine & beverage

• Good knowledge in managing beverage inventory and purchasing
• Exceptional understanding of health, safety and sanitation regulations in a restaurant setting

Food Preparation:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping, slicing, and marinating.

Cooking and Plating:

Station Management:
