• Monitor the guest waiting list from time to time to manage customers' waiting time
• Lead customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Allocate seats to customers by processing collated reservations
• Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience
• Follow customer service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Comply with the Company's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
