Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor technical team schedule.
• Involved in managing Field Technical Team, Workshop repair & service team, ensured the system with the goal of 99% uptime for business continuity.
• Responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to technical team and ensuring the system availability with service level standards.
• Able to perform service maintenance, inspection, diagnosis defect for EV buses.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by management .
Requirements
• Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
• 2-3 years of experience in supervisory role in relevant industry.
• Good technical knowledge in automotive industry.
