Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse coordinators in executing warehouse operations.
• Responsible for overseeing and administrating the program in its entirety.
• Ensure the timely completion of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Strategically plan and organize operations to consistently meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Maintain general housekeeping and uphold safety and equipment standards in the warehouse.
• Coordinate the movement of staff for various activities when necessary.
• Ensure the seamless flow of all shipment and warehouse activities.
• Manage stock issuance, receipt, and packaging.
• Responsible for planning incoming and outgoing orders.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.

• Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors.

• Coordinate with land surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.

• Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.

• Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.

• Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.

• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.

• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.

• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.

• Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years experience from Contruction background.

· Positive personality and good team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of QC inspectors to ensure quality standards are met consistently across all product lines.
• Implement and enforce Quality Control policies and procedures throughout the production process.
• Conduct and oversee QC sampling, inspection routines, and operating measuring instruments to monitor product quality.
• Guide the team in sample preparation and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and product specifications.

• Maintain detailed records of QC findings and generate reports for management review.

- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations

- Resolve problems when they arise

- Able to perform hands-on work for tiling, plastering, welding, and electrical work

- Align tiles and straighten them with straight edges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

• Ensure staff knows what is job of the day.
• Update Production whiteboard with Job status and submit production report daily.
• Ensure Daily targeted tasks are completed within schedule.
• Preparation and ensure all materials are ready for current and next job.
• Liaise with other departments for next stage of job processes.
• Develop checking methods ensuring quality meets for ease of checking.
• Record all manufacturing time for each project and job in system systematically.
• Resolve Technical issues immediately or consult Superior.
• Make recommendations to Superior in order to have the best use of production timelines, equipment and give details on what the company's manufacturing goals should be in the months to come.
• Maintain equipment in top working condition by scheduling all maintenance needs, repair and applying 5S on production floor.
• Prepare Tools Box meeting for month-end closing.
• Update of daily production output to Superior.
