Working Days: 5 days per week (Total 50 hours, rest days will be on a weekday)

Working hours : 5 days // 10.30 – 21.30 hrs (1 hr break)

2 meals provided

Total Salary for Working days above: $2300 - $2500 and onwards depends on experience

Roles & Responsibilities

To professionally and courteously provide good customer service in all aspects

Cashiering duties

Basic making of drinks

Serving of food

Clearing and preparation of tables for customers

Explaining to customers our menu, ordering process and in-house membership program

Assisting of the store supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times

Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the outlet supervisor

Requirements:

• Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers

1) To arrange and supervise civil engineering works with knowledge of construction drawings and methods of construction.

2) To ensure works are carried out by various teams of workers with the assistance of a foreman for each team.

3) Must be familiar with all roads, drainage, sewers, and all other infrastructure construction.

4) Must be familiar with the LTA standard code of practice and standard road elements for road construction

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation within the production facility.
• Supervise a team of production operators to ensure meeting production KPI set.
• Overseeing the operation of production machines, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Manage the installation and dismantling of rubber molds with precision and adherence to company protocols.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal productivity.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 – 3 years of production operation experience, with supervisory experience
• Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Construction

· Ability to read drawings and to plan resources and manpower

· Possession of a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors & Work at Height Supervisor Certificate

· Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team

· Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

· To coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors;

· To assist in project plumbing & sanitary systems;

· To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities;

· Ensure material ordering is per specifications and per budget;

· Ensure efficiency in manpower deployment on site.
