Responsibilities

1. To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard.

2. Take beverage orders from service crews or directly from guests accurately & promptly.

3. Assist manager in the daily operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.

4. Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station

5. To keep bottles & glasses in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverage.

6. Assist in stock ordering and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

7. Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirements

1. At least 1 years’ relevant experiences, preferably in fine dining environment
