• Pack, trim and customize portions of meat products using knives, or other meat production equipment.

Reporting to the a construction manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating site-related works with the electrical Subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on working in the field and will report directly to a Construction Manager. This candidate should understand all aspects of construction in relation to executing work on-site 

It is expected that the candidate will be detail-oriented with previous experience working as a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing Site Supervisor on data center projects and/or other complex technical projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating with contractors in the field during the installation of all aspects of the project superstructure.  The candidate must have strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. This candidate should understand all aspects of construction in relation to executing Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) work. 

It is expected that the candidate will be detail-oriented with previous experience working as a supervisor or manager at a DfMA/PPVC factory for data center projects and/or other complex technical projects.  There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating with contractors in the field during the installation of all aspects of the project superstructure.  The candidate must have strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Job Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day PPVC Fit-Out Factory activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily PPVC Fit-Out Factory records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Requirement

• Possess relevant core trade certification, BCSS, CSOC, etc highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

• Leads Endovascular sales team to ensure achievement of sales revenue & market share targets in assigned market(s).
• Work with manager and team members to formulate and implement sales objectives and strategies from the individual account level, per the overall company’s objectives and policies.
• Works with manager and team to set targets for individual accounts and monitors on a quarterly basis minimum.
• Works collaboratively with marketing, regulatory, clinical, supply chain, OEC and any other interrelated functions to achieve business objectives compliantly.
• Responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share and/or profit objectives of specified territories or products.
• Promotes and establishes HCP education of the company’s products and/or services.
• May have own accounts to promote & sell the company’s products & to establish customer relationships (physicians, Surgeons, Cardiac Catheterization lab staff, OT staff, hospitals) and to support development of new customers.
• Plan and drive towards achieving company vision and business objectives, as well as divisional mission and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science, Business or Marketing
• Min 6 years of relevant industry experience in sales and/or marketing in Medical Devices
• Experienced in the field of Cardiology or Endovascular Intervention preferred
• Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
• Nurse in Cath Lab or Operating theatre background will be an advantage
