Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations for a 4 man show condo in Upper Bukit Timah Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets. The Security Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel, respond to security incidents, and implement security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Security Team: Lead and supervise a team of security offficers, to ensure effective security coverage.

2. Security Operations: Oversee security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.

3. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and emergencies, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

4. Security Protocols: Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.

5. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit security reports, including incident reports, security breaches, and other security-related matters.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Security Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience preferably in a supervisory role.

3. Security Certifications: Possess relevant security certifications.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Relevant Training: Possess relevant training in security management, such as security risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response.

2. Leadership Experience: Possess leadership experience, preferably in a security-related field.

3. Knowledge of Security Systems: Possess knowledge of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.

1. Strong Leadership: Strong leadership and supervisory skills to lead a team of security personnel.

Our client is a global MNC in Industrial Waste Management industry. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Collaborate with the commissioning team to inspect, test, and repair equipment as needed.
• Support maintenance work planning and scheduling alongside the engineer.
• Assign and track individual tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Maintain adequate inventory of tools, supplies, and parts for effective equipment repairs.
• Perform mechanical fitting tasks, including alignment, grinding and cutting.
• Servicing, repairing, and overhauling equipment such as pumps and blowers when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min 3 - 5 years’ maintenance experience in similar industries such as Water Treament, Chemical and Oil & Gas
