The Production Supervisor (Food Processing) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our food processing facility. He/she is to in-charge of the overall production activities, and monitor the staff’s performance. Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies

Packing Department Management

• Supervise and support the packing team to maintain order accuracy, speed, and quality

• Implement effective workflows to optimize packing processes and reduce errors

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop store team members, fostering a motivated and high-performing team
• Schedule staff to meet business needs while adhering to labor budget
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in a managerial role in a Food & Beverage industry
• Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team
• Skilled in managing workflows, particularly within store and packing operations
• Effective in handling operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach

Job Description: As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our children's play area. You will be the first point of contact for parents and children, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome parents and children, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

• Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform computer tasks and administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries via phone or email, and maintaining records.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area by resetting toys,

• sanitizing surfaces and conducting general cleaning tasks.

• Monitor the play area to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and

Requirements:
