As the Restaurant Manager, it is an important leadership position within our Restaurant Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the restaurant whilst leading & developing your team. Life Community is recruiting for an experienced Student Care Centre Supervisor, to lead a team to care and mentor children aged 7 – 12 in a student care setting, by providing quality after-school care support in a homely environment.

You will play an active role to ensure good Centre performance by developing strategies that are in line with the organisation’s vision and mission. As a leader at the Centre, you will be building relationships with stakeholders, e.g. parents, volunteers and corporate partners, as well as leveraging on resources in the community, for the well-being of the children.

Key Roles & Responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the day-to-day centre operations, including allocation of staff work scheduling & responsibilities.
2. Manage the enrolment of students and maintain optimum level of enrolment
3. Maintenance of student care facilities to ensure good health and hygiene standards of the premises, and oversee renovations as deemed necessary.
4. Plan & implement effective curriculum, programmes and activities for the centre, including enrichment and character development sessions
