• Lead team of electricians

I) Job Purpose:

The Production Supervisor (Food Processing) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our food processing facility. He/she is to in-charge of the overall production activities, and monitor the staff’s performance. He/she must ensure that all staff adhere to the HSE rules & regulations, and to abide and upkeep the food processing & quality standards.

Ensure compliance to Regulatory, Safety and Standards (GMP, ISO)

Additionally, the role involves overseeing cash and stock control, ensuring all drinks are prepared according to standard operating procedures, and continuously innovating in the creation and presentation of cocktails. Understanding bar and beverage control, recommending food and drink pairings, and training and motivating the service team are also key aspects of the role. The manager may also take on any ad-hoc duties as required..

Qualifications:
