The Assistant Cook must prepare and cook all the south and north Indian food dishes. Must perform all duties necessary to ensure that a meal is properly prepared and presented within a specified timeframe. Must assist other senior cooks and chefs to prepare and cook all the food dishes as per restaurant arrangements.
