Responsibilities:

• Support and Supervise Outlet operations
• Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing good customer service and good standards to maintain good company image.
• Ensure the smooth day to day running of food & drinks preparation to the established standards.
• Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards always.
• Assist in other works with due care, diligence and skill as when required.
