1. Checking the kitchen and equipment, monitored and make sure outlet operations running efficiency
2. Make sure outlet staffs prepared food follow by policies & procedures, ensure minimise food wastage
3. Ensure staffs compliance to all safety policies & procedure
4. Monitored outlets neat & clean all the times, ensure all outlets maintaining hygiene standard
5. Plan and arrange duty roster for outlet staffs, make sure enough manpower to support operation
6. Assist in hiring new outlet staffs, handling the phone calls from candidates and process onsite interview
7. Assist in setting up new outlet or closing down outlets
8. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
9. Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively
10. Monitored performance of all team members, encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communications
11. In Coordination with HR department to arrange training sessions and refresher courses for outlet staffs
12. Provide supervision, guidance and leadership for teams to achieve sectoral goals
13. Other ad hoc duties

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Requirement

• Possess relevant core trade certification, BCSS, CSOC, etc highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E Supervisory experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
• 6 days work week.
