Job Description:

1. Job ratio is 50% for making new business and 50% for maintaining the current business
2. Marketing and taking action aggressive and spontaneously to create new business
3. Maintaining current customers to handle daily task efficiently
4. To control the trading material stock inventory
5. Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer
6. Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
7. Follow up with customer on payment issue
8. Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material
9. Evaluate of supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement
10. Check P/O from customer and to supplier for trade term, payment term, price and lead time
11. Follow up with customer on any arise including customer complaint
12. Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

・Minimum 8 years of Sales and Business Development experience in both commodity (PP, PS. PE) and engineering plastics (ABS, SAN, ASA, PC,/ABS, POM, PBT, etc.)
・Have good knowledge of Plastic Distribution business model, good Technical knowledge and connection with business partners in Plastic industry
・Degree qualification
・Good and aggressive personality with excellent analytical skills, willingness to learn
・Good interpersonal and communication skills
・Candidate with suitable experience may be considered for more senior position
・Has expertise in a specific field and is able to independently perform tasks that arise within the team while making own decisions
・Able to grasp complex problems and make mature decisions
・Able to exchange views with other departments
・Able to lead field-level teams and demonstrate expertise in multiple areas
・Possess a willingness to plan and make suggestions to the team
・This position is required for Business travel to Batam and JB to support existing customers at first, then travel to developing countries due to business expansion in the future.

- Co-ordinating daily restaurant management operations, take charge of Phone Reservation. (Included during break hours).

Job Description:

• Assist in the management of daily operations
• Provide good communications in sales to customers
• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
• Assist Store-in-charge in compiling monthly report.
• Assist Store-in-charge in completing and submitting documents in accordance to deadlines/instructions.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Ensuring overall cleanliness of outlet
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
• Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the company
• Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, etc.
• Ensure all POS/VM materials and other collaterals being displayed at the shop floor are up-to date and displayed according to a standard visual merchandising standards
• To investigate on any stock variances
• Ensure team members follow the company policies and procedures
• To train retail associates on customer service and product knowledge
• Sports/Outdoor/Travel goods industry

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Retail
• Have good working commitment
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated individual to achieve sales target
• Minimum Diploma Level or above
