As a Supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining the strict discipline and ensure the operations smooth running under your supervision. You are also to attend to their needs and immediate requirements.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure co-ordination of work amongst the crew and the proper assignment of their duties.
• Co-ordinate closely with the crews to provide continuity of services to our clients in case of breakdown of any vessels.

• You are required to conduct spot checks on the crew to ensure that the relevant Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) are available and are worn.
• You are to assist another Officer/ Supervisor who may be on leave, ill, or absent due to reservist, etc. if deemed necessary by the Operation Manager
